On this day, a memorial service was held for Sergeant Andriy Romanyuk (26 years old) of the 49th Separate Assault Battalion 'Karpatska Sich'.
The deceased, who had the call sign 'Sparrow', was the commander of the drone unit and died on the front line on October 28.
At the age of 16, the deceased participated in the Ukrainian Euromaidan Revolution, the Revolution of Dignity, in 2014.
In 2023, the deceased was wounded by the Russian army, but after treatment, he always hoped to return to the front line with his comrades.
Since then, the deceased has devoted his life to the struggle and war for Ukraine, participating in anti-terrorist operations.
The funeral of the deceased is also scheduled to be held in Vinnytsia on November 2.
