[제3조 서비스 사용 및 제한] (1) 서비스 사용은 FLARE의 업무상 또는 기술상 특별한 지장이 없는 한 연중무휴, 1일 24시간을 원칙으로 한다. (2) 그러나 FLARE가 운영하는 홈페이지·소셜미디어(이하 SNS) 등에 이용자가 게재하는 게시물이 다음 각 항에 해당하는 경우 사전 통지 없이 삭제할 수 있다. ① 타인의 프라이버시 및 공표권과 같은 법적 권리를 훼손, 악용, 도용, 위협, 괴롭히거나 또는 달리 위반하는 행위 ② 부적절, 모독적, 명예훼손적, 침해적, 음란, 상스럽거나 또는 불법적인 제목, 이름, 자료 또는 정보를 출판, 우송, 게시, 배포 또는 유포시키는 행위 ③ 지적소유권법에 의해 보호되는 소프트웨어 또는 기타 자료를 포함하는 파일을 무단으로 업로드 등 공유하는 행위(단 이용자가 그에 대한 권리를 소유 또는 관리하는 경우, 또는 필요한 동의를 모두 얻은 경우는 제외한다.) ④ 타인의 컴퓨터를 손상시킬 수 있는 바이러스, 오염된 파일, 또는 기타 유사한 소프트웨어 또는 프로그램을 포함하는 자료를 업로드하는 행위 또는 이것에 접속할 수 있는 주소를 게재하는 행위 ⑤ 상업적인 목적으로 상품 또는 서비스를 광고 또는 판매하는 행위 ⑥ 자료조사, 콘테스트, 피라미드 체계를 행하거나 행운의 편지 발송 등 매체와 무관한 행위 ⑦ 다른 이용자가 게재한 것으로서 적법하게 배포될 수 없는 것으로 이용자가 알고 있거나 합리적으로 알 것으로 판단되는 파일을 다운로드하는 행위 ⑧ 업로드된 파일에 포함된 소프트웨어 또는 기타 자료의 저자표시, 법률상 또는 기타 적절한 유의사항, 또는 상표명, 또는 그 출처 내지 근원이 되는 표식을 위조 또는 제거하는 행위 ⑨ 다른 이용자가 서비스를 사용하거나 즐기는 것을 제한하거나 금지시키는 행위 ⑩ 공공질서 및 미풍양속에 반하는 내용 또는 특정 국가·인종·종교·집단·공동체·성별·연령·성적지향·성적정체성·사상 및 정치적 의견 등을 선전·선교 또는 비방하는 내용, 인권 침해적 내용, 기타 지역감정을 유발시키는 등 비양심적인 내용을 게재하는 행위 [제5 조 게시물에 대한 책임] (1) FLARE는 게시물을 검열할 의무를 지지 않으나, 적용되는 법률·규정이나 법적 절차 또는 정부의 정당한 요청을 충족하기 위해 정보를 공개 또는 FLARE·의 전적인 재량으로 정보 내지 자료의 전부 또는 일부를 편집 또는 송부 거절하거나, 또는 이를 제거할 권리를 보유한다. (2) 이용자는 모든 게시판 서비스가 공공적인 통신으로 사적인 통신이 아니며, 그 결과 이용자의 통신이 이용자 본인이 알지 못하게 타인에 의해 읽힐 수 있음을 숙지하고, 누구에 관한 것인지 식별할 수 있음 또는 게시할 때 항상 주의를 기울여야 한다. (3) FLARE는 이용약관을 위배한 이용자에 대해 언제든지 어떤 이유로든 통지 없이 FLARE에서 운영하는 홈페이지·SNS 등의 일부 또는 전부에 접속하는 것을 종료시킬 수 있는 권한을 보유한다. (4) FLARE는 게시물에 관한 책임 및 이용자가 서비스에 참여함으로써 발생하는 어떠한 사건에 대해서도 책임을 지지 않는다. [제6조 저작권] (1) FLARE가 본 서비스를 통해 제공하는 뉴스, 사진, 도표, 오디오, 동영상 등 모든 정보에 대한 저작권과 판권은 FLARE의 소유이며 저작권법의 보호를 받는다. (2) FLARE의 사전 허가 없이 어떠한 매체 및 이에 준하는 곳에서 FLARE의 서비스 및 콘텐츠를 직·간접적으로 변조·복사·배포·출판·전시·판매하거나 상품 제작, 인터넷·모바일 및 데이터베이스를 비롯한 각종 정보서비스 등에 사용하는 등 영리적 목적의 사용을 금한다. 비영리 목적이라도 저작권법에 위배된다. (3) 단 개인적 참조 또는 교육, 공익적 목적 등 비영리적 사용에는 예외적으로 허용된다. 이러한 경우 반드시 출처를 FLARE로 명시해야 한다. 제3장 의무 [제1조 FLARE의 의무] (1) FLARE는 약관에서 정한 바에 따라 계속적, 안정적으로 제공할 의무가 있다. (2) 특별한 사정이 없는 한 이용자가 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 한다. (3) 정파성과 상업주의를 지양하며 저널리즘의 원칙을 따른다. (4) 국민의 알권리 충족을 위해 중요하고 의미 있는 사안을 취재·보도하고 이것의 본질과 맥락을 짚어낸다. [제2조 면책조항] (1) FLARE는 천재지변 또는 이에 준하는 불가항력으로 인해 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우는 서비스를 제공하지 않는다. (2) FLARE는 이용자의 귀책사유로 인한 서비스 이용의 장애에 대해 책임을 지지 않는다. (3) FLARE는 이용자 본인이 정보를 오류로 기재해 문제가 발생한 사항에 대하여 책임을 지지 않는다. (4) FLARE는 이용자가 서비스 제공으로부터 기대되는 이익을 얻지 못하였거나 서비스 자료에 대한 취사선택 또는 이용으로 발생하는 손해 등에 대해서는 책임이 면제된다. 제4장 분쟁조정 (1) 본 이용약관에 규정된 것을 제외하고 발생하는 서비스 이용에 관한 제반 문제에 관한 분쟁은 최대한 쌍방 합의에 의해 해결하도록 한다. (2) 서비스 이용으로 발생한 분쟁에 대해 소송이 제기될 경우, FLARE 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 관할 법원으로 한다. [부칙] 이 약관은 2023년 2월 1일부터 시행한다.

I came to Kramatorsk, the frontline city on the Donetsk front line in Ukraine. Kramatorsk is about 34km from Bakhmut, the fiercest battleground during Russia's invasion of Ukraine. It's about the same distance from Seoul to Suwon. We went to the Kramatorsk Cemetery, where Ukrainian citizens who lost their lives during the Russian invasion are buried. All the graves were newly made, so the soil hadn't even dried yet. The years of death written on the gravestones were all engraved as 2023 and 2024. The area we saw today was one of the war victims' cemeteries. There was a war victims' cemetery several times larger than this one. Even those who lost their lives in the Russian army's attack were not identified, so the number of signs and pits that were only written as numbers for selection purposes were 300, 400 or more. Ukraine is in dire need of drivers who can handle heavy equipment and large vehicles, such as construction and mining equipment for reconstruction, as well as container trucks that have become increasingly dependent on logistics. In this situation, the Swedish heavy equipment group Volvo, the Swedish non-profit organization Beredskapslyftet, and Reskilling Ukraine, which is supported by the Swedish government, are operating the global vocational training initiative 'Iron Women' program as support for Ukraine's reconstruction. The program provides skilled driving training services to female trainees by supporting various heavy equipment such as trailer trucks, bulldozers, and excavators. At the same time, it supports women's career advancement in the heavy equipment field. The program aims to produce at least 50 heavy equipment operators by the end of next year. The weather in Kyiv today, when the photos were taken, was very cold, but even in this weather, many female trainees looked very serious about their studies. She was killed in a Russian drone strike on the southern Ukrainian front on New Year's Day 2026. She worked as a soldier, drone pilot, artist, journalist, and social activist. Born in Zaporizhzhia, she studied in Dnipro and worked for the Kharkiv media outlet Liuk. When Russia's all-out invasion of Ukraine began in 2022, she volunteered to defend her homeland.
